Meet The Producer

Jay Shaffer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Recording Technology from Lebanon Valley College in 2012. Since then, he's worked in multiple recording studios in New York and Philadelphia. He opened Pagoda City in 2017 in order to help bring a thriving music scene to Reading, PA.
